You can use your legal name when you fill out paperwork when hired. Otherwise, save us from the guessing games please! I had an applicant go by a totally different name than what was on her resume. It was listed as Mary but when I called her, she answered the phone “This is Diane”. When I explained I was looking for Mary, she told me she was Mary.
