At the lab place I went to (LabCorp, Arlington, VA) the only precautions were me emptying my pockets, no sink in the bathroom, and the toilet didn’t flush. As quietly as you can, pour the contents of the capsule into the piss container (Mine required nearly all 3ozs) and then for good measure, give pee a little into the toilet.
